Andrew Petfield

Andrew Petfield BSc MRICS MBEng trained in London, and has worked in the south east.

He is experienced in property valuation and survey undertaking valuations and surveys for private clients and on behalf of valuation panel.

He has worked with private, commercial and social landlords on purchase, maintenance and disposal of property.

He is experienced in providing expert witness advice to client, public sector clients and in particular Trading Standards Service.

Andrew is both an assessor and chairman of the Building Surveying RICS Assessment Panels for the ABC and has shared senior professional interview panels or membership applications.

Tom Appleby

Tom Appleby FRICS FBEng FBIFM trained in London and has over 30 years hands on experience of design and monitoring construction and fitting out projects. He has strategic management survey skills relating to both residential and commercial property. He was previously a director for some 12 years with DTZ Debenham Thorpe, a major UK and international firm of property agents. Tom is skilled in all aspects of building surveying, design, construction, project management and acting as Health and Safety Coordinator. He is qualified in carrying out asbestos and DDA inspections.

Tom is a member of the RICS Building Conservation Forum.
