Appleby Petfield Ltd are experienced in working with lending institutions and Funding Authorities in co-ordinating financial control on a variety of building projects.

Appleby Petfield Ltd act on behalf of the Funding Authority undertaking periodic inspections and valuations to co-ordinate the release of funding to the developer or contractor.

In such works, we are involved in the co-ordination of overall finances rather than specific day-to-day co-ordination of the project itself, but reporting to the Funding Authority on progress and value of works undertaken with overall commentary on quality.
