Condition Report

The RICS Condition Report is now live and available.

Costs for a Condition Report are slightly less than those for a HomeBuyers Survey reflecting the lack of the need for a reinstatement cost assessment and a tending valuation figure.

The principal is that it follows a similar format to the revised HomeBuyer Report (see separate section) but can be tailored to suit specific elements of a property and importantly DOES NOT include a Valuation or Reinstatement Cost Assessment. [These can be added at supplementary cost].

Reports will be produced on standard software and can be sent to clients in PDF format by post and e-mail.

The level and type of service will be as per a Homebuyers Report.
