A Schedule of Condition is an inspection of a particular building
(or part) to identify the condition at the time of inspection. Such
schedules are useful to Landlords and Tenants alike in lease negotiations
or for building managers to identify the overall condition of a portfolio
of properties. Reports can be prepared on our own or a client's format
with the detail and extent of reporting carried out to suit specific
needs.
